Meet the Watchmaker

Spring and Barrel is a private workshop in Seattle owned by Patrick Allen. Patrick is a SAWTA Certified watchmaker, vintage watch specialist, and appraiser.

His training and experience is centered around the care and restoration of fine watches, clocks, automatons, and music boxes.

Patrick has received training and certifications direct from global brands, previously managed all vintage repairs for a national jeweler, and is the former Managing Director of Sutcliffe Hansen. (restoration.sutcliffehansen.com)

His work focuses primarily on vintage and historically significant mechanical watches, including chronographs, calendars, and chiming complications. Patrick lives in Seattle, WA.
